Services — the full scope

What we do, from the surface down

Every job on this list is dirt work at a different depth. Start anywhere — most projects end up needing three or four of them, and we self-perform all of it.

No. 01

Site Development

Everything that turns a raw lot into a buildable one.

Land Clearing & Grubbing

Brush, stumps, and surface rock cleared, topsoil stripped and stockpiled, so your site starts clean and nothing good gets buried.

Driveways & Private Roads

New driveways cut, based, and finished to hold up through mud season — plus regrading and pothole repair for the one you have.

MSE Retaining Walls

Mechanically stabilized earth walls that hold a grade change where the hillside doesn’t want one — roadways, driveways, and steep mountain lots.

Erosion Control

Silt fence, wattles, and revegetation-ready finish grading that keeps your soil on your site and the county off your back.

Demolition

Structures, slabs, and whatever else stands between your lot and a fresh start — taken down clean, sorted, and hauled off.

No. 02

Excavation & Earthwork

Moving the ground and shaping it — the core of what we self-perform.

Excavation & Earthwork

Site grading, mass excavation, and dirt work backed by a fleet of scrapers, dozers, track hoes, loaders, and graders.

Site Preparation & Grading

Building pads, rough and finish grading, and cut-and-fill balanced on site — the flat, compacted start every build depends on.

No. 03

Underground Utilities

The deepest bench on the crew — everything that has to go in the ground first.

Underground Utilities

New installs, replacements, and upgrades to water, sanitary sewer, and storm mains and service lines.

Utility Trenching

Straight, to depth, and shored where it needs it — bedded, backfilled, and compacted for any line that goes underground.

No. 04

Foundations

The hole under the house, dug to plan and backfilled so it stays put.

Foundation Excavation

From walkout basements to commercial pads — dug to plan and held to grade, ready for footings on the day you scheduled.

Structural Backfill & Compaction

Backfilled in lifts that get compacted, not just pushed — so nothing settles under the slab a year later.

No. 05

Concrete & Flatwork

Formed, poured, and finished by our own crew — no second contractor to chase.

Flatwork — Driveways, Sidewalks & Slabs

Driveways, sidewalks, and slabs formed, poured, and broom-finished to hold up through mountain freeze-thaw.

Footers & Foundation Walls

Foundation footers and walls formed and poured to your engineer’s plan, tied straight into the dig we already did.

Not sure which category your project lives in? That’s our job.
